Inoperable hydraulic snubbers.
Conditions Prior to Occurrence:
Reactor shutdown.
DescripLion of Occurrenec:
A routine inspection of Unit 2 outside dryvell snubbers identified the following snubbers to have empty reservoirs:
10-GB-S-55 RER Discharge,to Torus 23-DEN-S-h HPCI Steam Line Designation of Apparent Cause of Occurrence:
Under investigation.
1 Analysis of Occurrence:
Preliminary inspection indicated no damage of piping or supports.
Safety implications are, therefore, minimal.
Corrective Action:
i To be determined after investigation.
