. April 1 through April 30,1998 1.
Narrative Summary of Operatina Experiences Unit 2 began the month of April at 100% power.
The Unit reduced power to 83% on April 6 at 02:00 to adjust the control rod pattem. The Unit returned to 100% on April 6, at 07:00.
The Unit reduced power to 83% on April 24 at 24:00 to adjust the control rod pattem. The Unit returned to 100% on April 25 at 12:00.
The Unit reduced power to 79% on April 28 at 24:00 to withdraw a control rod following repairs to one of its scram solenoid pilot valves. The 5* stage feedwater heaters were also removed from service to implement final feedwater temperature reduction in preparation -
for coastdown. The Unit retumed to 100% core thermal power on April 29 at 16:00.
Unit 2 ended the month of April at 100% power.

Narrative Summary of Ooeratina Experiences Unit 3 began the month of April at 19% power, continuing its startup from a maintenance outage. The unit reached 100% power on April 4 at 13:00.
The Unit reduced power to 70% on April 5 at 15:00 to adjust the control rod pattern. The Unit retumed to 100% on April 6 at 06:00.
Unit 3 ended the month of April at 100% power.
