While preparing to do a local leak rate test on the inboard flange I

of AO-2519 nitrogen was found to leak out.

The inboard 0-ring on this flange leaks.

Under investigation.

I Analysis of Occurrence:.

Both the inboard and outboard isolation valves were closed at the time and both were verified to be leak tight. [ Because the isolation valves and the outer 0-ring were found to be leak tight. safety implications are minimal.
