Identification of occurrence:
0-Rin'g gasket leak on Torus Purge Supply Valve AO-2521A.
Conditions Prior to Occurrence:
i Reactor power 56%.
1 Description of Occurrence:
. While preparing for a local leak rate test on the outboard finnge

of the torus purge inboard isolation valve. (containment atmosphere
, was found to leak out.
The inboafd 0-ring leaks.

y Analysis of Occurrence:
Both the inboard and outboard isolation valves were closed at the time and both were. verified to be leak tight.
Because the isolation valves were leak tight and the outer 0-ring is leak tight, safety l
f significance is minimal.-
