While preparing for a local leak rate test on the inboard flange of the Drywell Purge Supply Outer Isolation Valve, containment ,

atmosphere was found to leak out. The inner 0-ring leaks.  ! ,

Designation of Apparent Cause of Occurrence:

l Analysis of Occurrence:

' The other isolation valves associated with this penetration were closed i at the time of the occurrence. A local leak test of all those.

isolation valves and the outer 0-ring done on 10/15/75 showed them to
