l Identification of Occurrencer Excessive leakage thru the nitrogen inerting systen dryvell purge supply isolation valve AO-3523 - penetration N-25 Conditions Prior to Occurrence:
Reactor at 555 power.

.' Description of Occurrence:
During local leak rate testing, the torus makeup supply isolation valve A0-3523 was found to leak in excess of 2000 cc/ min.
1 Designation of. Apparent Cause of Occurrence:
Under investigation.
i Analysis of Occurrence:
The safety implications of,this occurrence are minimal because manual isolation valve was closed when the leakage was detected.

To be determined after investigation.
The manual isolation valve

was verified to be leak tight in the closed condition.
This valve vill be maintained.in the closed condition until repairs are I g('
completed.
