Broken wire on the closing torque'svitch in the valve op e rat.6r -

Analysis of Occurrence:
The subject. valve is only used during perro: =ance of the Core Opray surveillance test.
It is nor= ally closed when the cyste= is in standby.
This failure is only significant during surveillance testi; and was identified during the surveillanr e test.
I==ediate-repair of the deficiency =ini=ises the cafety si6nificance of this event.
