The purpose of.this letter is to provide vou with notification of an Abnormal Occurrence as requ! red by Technical Specification 6.6.B.I.a wi thin 24 hours2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br /> of the occurrence.-

With Unit 2 in the cold shutdown cond' i tion for the current refueling out-age, routine quarterly surveillance on high pressure coolant injection system flow switches revealed that flow switch 2-2352 would not trip at any differential pressure. This inoperable flav switch caused a viola-tion of the operability requirements of Table 3.2.1 of Technical Speci-fications.

The flow switch linkage which was binding, was adjusted and the flow switch was recalibrated.

This occurrence was diicussed by telephone with fir. Knop of your office on February 10, 1975. Further information will be provided by Abnormal Occurrence Report A0 50-265/75-7 which will be submitted within 10 days
