I There were no unit shutdowns or major power reductions during the month of January.

The following major safety related maintenance was performeil during the month:

l. Performed miscellaneous corrective and preventive maintenance on the diesel generators.

2. Repaired various parts on the reactor makeup water pump 1 A due to, damage '

caused by high vibrations.

3. Disat=mbled and repaired check valve on the 1D service water pump.

i There were no unit shutdowns during the month of January.

At 1957 on 940112, reactor power was reduced to 60 percent to adjust the low pressure ,

governor valves on the 2A and 2B steam generator feedwater pumps. Specifically, the speed control circuitry was adjusted to dampen oscillations on the valves.

The unit was retumed to 99.6 percent power at 1045 on 940113. ,

The following major safety related maintenance was performed during the month:

1. Performed miscellaneous corrective and preventive maintenance on the diesel generators.  :

2. Repaired letdown orifice outlet relief valve Q2E21V0255 due to seat leakage.
