This report is submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 10, Part 50.73(a)(2)(v)(D). The licensee shall report any event or condition that alone could have .
prevented the fulfillment of the safety function of structures or '
systems that are needed to mitigate the consequences of an accident.
Also submitted in accordance with Part 50.73(a)(2)(iv). The licensee shall report any event or condition that resulted in manual or
. automatic actuation of any Engineered Safety Feature.

A correlation will be completed that will identify an implementing document for each report. j The appropriate individuals, including members of the Plant Operations Review Committee (PORC), will be briefed on the Special and Periodic reporting requirements dictated by the Upgraded TSs. - 3. QTP 0500-10, " Reactor Vessel Designed Cyclec", will be revised to accurately reflect the TS special reporting requirements.
