This letter withdraws the Commonwealth Edison (Comed) Company request for license change transmitted by the referenced letter. The license change request was for a Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station Security Plan revision (i.e., Revision 44).
We have reevaluated our submittal of the Security Plan revision based on discussions between Mr. R. M. Krich of Comed and Mssrs. R. M. Pulsifer and R. F. Skelton of the /
