(a) L W. Pearce (Comed) SM-97-079 to USNRC, dated August 12,1997 The purpose of this letter is to inform you of the change of a committed due date contained in the Licensee Event Report 50-245/50-265/97-015, reference (a).
In this report, the station made the following commitment:
The breakers in EF AS 1 A-1,1 A-2, l AB-1,1 AB-2,1B-1,2B-1,2A-1, and 2AB-2 will be replaced with new 2-pole breakers to resolve the undervoltage release coil problem. (NTS item 245-180-97-01501, due May 1,1998)
The following breakers have been replaced: 2A-1,2B-1,2AB-2, and 1 AB-2. The following breakers will be scheduled in system windows for replacement: l A-1, I A-2, 1B-1, and 1 AB-1. These breakers were not replaced due to inetTective scheduling and tracking of parts issues. Three system windows will be required to complete the breaker and card replacements. The .ition is changing the due date of this commitment to May 28,1999.
