Power Station.

v This report is submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 10, Part 50.73(a)(2)(i)(B). The licensee shall report any operation or condition prohibited by the Plant's Technical Specifications.

The following commitments are being made by this letter:

1.

An interim process for tracking the completion of TS required surveillances while in any Mode will be implemented by 040198, independent of the EWCS.

2.

QCAP 1800-08. " Station Prederme Program" will be revised by 050198 to require a TS review of surveillance substitutions.

3.

A TS compliance assessment will be performed by 070198 to verify adequate pennanent processes are implemented, including the incorporation of TS data into EWCS.
