On February 27, 1987, the NRC administered an examination to an employee of
your company who had applied.for a license to operate your Oyster Creek Nuclear
Generating Station. At the conclusion of the examination, preliminary findings
were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed
report.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of
