OYSTER CREEK NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION - REQUEST FOR EXCEPTIONS TO APPENDIX J (TAC NO. MA1523)
Dear Mr. Roche:
In your letter dated March 31,1998, you forwarded the subject request to correct an error in the original exemption even though the correction of that error does not effect the praviously granted exemphon. During a telephone conversation with Mr. Rogers of your staff it was pointed out that the intended correction would need to be submitted as a change to your Technical Specification (TS) as exceptions to Regulatory Guide 1.163 must be listed in the TS pursuant to 10 CFR 50, Appendix J No additional action will be taken on your March 31,1998, submittal. This letter closes TAC No. MA1523.
