The annualized random testing rate for Oyster Creek Licensee Employees is 56.44%.

The annualized random testing rate for Oyster Creek and Three Mile island Contractor Personnel is 58.67%.
NOTE:
The Contractor random pools for Oyster Creek and Three Mile Island are combined into one pool.
SUMMARY
OF MANAGEMENT ACTIONS 1.
Four (4) GPU System employees tested positive for drugs as a result of pre-access testing.
The individuals were denied unescorted access to GPU Nuclear facilities.
2.
There were two (2) Oyster Creek contractor employees who tested positive for alcohol as a result of pre-access testing. The individuals were denied unescorted access to GPU Nuclear facilities. There were two (2) Oyster Creek contractor employees who tested positive for drugs, one as a result of pre-access testing and one as a result of random testing. The individuals were denied unescorted access to GPU Nuclear facilities.
