Update i I reflects changes made to the facility and to procedures described in the UFSAR, safety evaluations supporting the license amendments, and analyses of new safety issues up through December 31,1998.

Each replacement page includes a fooier indicating Update 11,04/99, in bold type. Changes to page contents are also printed in bold type. When a replacement page contains no changes to the page ,

content, the new pagc resulted from repagination in addition, a list of effective pages has been provided which identifies the current revision number for each page of the UFSAR.

Also enclosed is one copy of Revision 10 to the Oyster Creek Fire llazards Analysis Report. The filar, Revision 10, reflects the methodology used at Oyster Creek to meet 10 CFR 50, Appendix R. Revision of the document resulted from changes to the facility procedures and new design information which has been incorporated since Revision 9 as annotated by revision bars. bq ./

It is requested when updating the FHAR, that all text be removed and replaced with Revision 10.
