The candidate passed the operating examination. Weaknesses identified during the examination are documented on the candidate's Senior Operator Examination Report form (NRC Form 157C).

The Oyster Creek Operator Licensing Training section should discuss those identified weaknesses with the candidate and factor them into the first full cycle of the candidate's requalification training.
