The staff of the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has completed its review of Revision 1 to your Emergency Preparedness Plan submitted by letter dated January 22, 1986.

Our review indicates that the revision does not decrease the effectiveness of the current accepted Plan. Therefore, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(q),

your proposed revision may be incorporated into the current Emergency .
