A.' General' The GTRR remains under a safe shutdown condition. The reactor facility is in compliance with its license conditions and current technical specifications (10CFR50.51(b)).

' B. Activities for the Month ofJune 1998
- 1. The draft Decommissioning Plan, Characterization Report, and Letter of Financial Intent were submitted to USNRC on July 6,1998.
- 2. The heavy water coolant was successfully removed from the Georgia Tech Research Reactor on July 20,1998, and shipped to DOE-Aiken.
