. The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.112 to Facility License No. R-97 for the Georgia Tech Research Reactor. The amendment consists of changes to the Facility License and Technical Specifications (TS) in response to your submittal dated August 7, i1997, as supplemented on November 6,1997, and February 4,1998.

The amendment removes the authority from the license to operate, authorizes possession-

only, and changes the TS to remove operational requirements of }the ' reactor.
