NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-160!99-203
Dear Dr. Hertel:
On January 19-21,1999, the NRC conducted an inspection of your Georgia Institute of
Technology Research Reactor facility. The enclosed report presents the results of that
inspection.
Various aspects of your organization and proposed decommissioning activities were reviewed
and inspected. This inspection included interviews with personnel and observation of activities
in progress. No problems were noted during the inspection.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its
enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR).
