EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS PLAN FOR THE NEELY NUCLEAR RESEARCH CENTER The staff of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has completed its review and evaluation of changes to the Emergency Preparedness Plan for the Neely Nuclear Research Center that you submitted on December 7,1988, as supplemented on February 17, 1989, May 11, 1989, and May 19, 1989 in compliance with 10 CFR 3
50.54(q). The changes were reviewed against 10 CFR 50.54(q).
Based on its review, the staff concludes that the changes to the Emergency Preparedness Plan for the Neely Nuclear Research Center maintains compliance with 10 CFR 50, Appendix E.
We have determined that the changes do not decrease the effectiveness of your approved plan, and are, therefore, acceptable.
