- License No. R 97 ifor the Georgia Institute of Technology Research Reactor. The amendment consists of changes to the License in response to your submittal dated August 20,1998. The amendment rc Aoves the requirements for a security plan to protect sper:ial nuclear material (SNM) because the license does not allow possession of SNM.

This amendment does not affect the requirements related to State of Georgia licensed materials (e.g., Cobalt 60 sources). A copy of the related Safety Evaluation supporting Amendment No.13 is aise enclosed.
