Torus to Reactor Building Vacunn Breaker - setpoint shift.

Conditions Prior to Occurrence Unit 2 operating at 905 power.

Description of Occurrence: .

' During the performance of a routine surveillance test, it was noted.

that the setpoint of one of the torus to reactor building vacuus breakers exceeded its prescribed limit of 0.5 paid by 0.02 paid.

Designation of Apparent Cause of Occurrence: .

Under investigation.

Analysis of Occurrence:

The safety inplications of this occurrence are minimal since the observed for arnegative setpoint shift was pressure of 2.00.02 paid. paid and the torus is designed In addition, the other vacuun breaker tested satisfactorily. .

Corrective Action:

Operation of the DPIS is being checked and vill be corrected.
