In accordance with the above requirements, this special report is being generated in order to notify the NRC.EVENT: Fire Protection Impairment (FPI)2292 was opened for grout repair on penetrations 108AF-E002, 108AF-E003 and 108AF-E004.

FPI 2297 was opened for a void in barrier 070N.FPI 2298 is for a breech of barrier 106W.FPI 2300 on barrier 054F was opened for access in support of construction work.FPI 2301 is for voids around fire damper 43A in barrier 045W2.FPI 2302 is for voids around fire damper 44A in barrier 045N2.FPI 2304 was opened for a pipe reroute through barrier 045S.CAUSE AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: FPI's 2300 and 2304 were opened for plant modifications.

FPI's 2292, 2297, 2298, 2301 and 2302 were opened for existing plant conditions found during a barrier surveillance.

Detector operability was verified and fire watch patrols were established.

The plant continues to implement the compensatory measures as applicable.'TATUS UPDATE: FPI 2190, reported as open in FPL letter L-89-012, dated January 9, 1989, was closed on February 4, 1989.FPI 2162, reported as open in FPL letter L-89-012, was closed on February 22, 1989.FPI 1882, reported as open in FPL letter L-88-471, dated October 10, 1988, was closed on February 24, 1989.FPI 1573, reported as open in FPL letter L-88-251, dated June 06, 1988, was closed on February 19, 1989.FPI 1347, reported as open in FPL letter L-88-163, dated April 04, 1988, was closed on February 2, 1989.
