SPECIAL REPORT FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM ZMPAIRMENTS REQUIRING NRC NOTIFICATION

'echnical Specification (TS) 3.14.5.b requires the submission of a report to the NRC if a non-functional fire barrier penetration is not returned to functional status within 7
days.
TS 3.14 also states that certain other conditions require NRC notification.
In accordance with the above requirements, this special report is being generated in order to notify the NRC.
EVENT
'ee attached list for Fire Protection Impairments (FPI) being reported.
CAUSE AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
FPIs 3082,
- 3089, and 3130 were issued for the installation of conduits.
FPI 3137 was issued for routine maintenance (0-SME-016.10) on the diesel fire pump.
FPI 3117 was issued for access to areas where maintenance work was being performed.
The plant continues to implement the compensatory measures as applicable.
TATU DATE'ee attached list for Fire Protection Impairments that were previously reported and are now closed.
