.At that time, the Chemistry Department initiated the preplanned alternate method of monitoring, as required by the Technical Specifications.

On March 29, Unit 3 was shutdown, and therefore, the preplanned alternate method of monitoring was discontinued when the condenser air ejector was removed from service.Cause of the Ino erabilit The Unit 3 condenser air ejector.high.range noble gas monitor was removed from service in order to perform preventive maintenance and channel calibrations as required by the Technical Specifications.

Schedule for Return of E ai ment The Unit 3 condenser air ejector high range noble gas monitor is scheduled to be returned to operable status prior to restart of Unit 3.
