Dear Mr. Miller:
The application for renewal of facility License R-83 for continued opera-tion of the Nuclear Science Center TRIGA pool type reactor was subnitted on July 2,1979. Because of administrative changes within The Texas A&M Univer-sity Systen, it is necessary that changes be nade to the renewal application, the Safety Analysis Report, and the Technical Specifications for License R-83.
These changes establish the Texas Engineering Experiment Station as the licen-see and all future correspondence related to licensing natters should be for-warded to:
