Dear Sir,
It is requested that the Indemnity Agreement E-12 be changed as follows:
Item 3 - Location For the purpose of License R-83 The chain link fenced area surrounding the Texas Engineering Experiment Station / Texas'A&M University Nuclear Science Center and defined as the Nuclear Science Center Site.
The Nuclear Science Center is located in Brazos County, Texas.

The Nuclear Science Center (NSC)has annexed adjoining areas and buildings as shown in the attached map. The actual area is larger than the 400 by 500 feet area defined in Amendment No. 18.
The NSC facility now includes the entire gamma calibration range, a buffer region around the range, an additional laboratory building and approximately 4 acres to the south of the original NSC site.
