E-12 AMENDMENT NO. 19 Effective July 15, 1997 Indemnity Agreement No. E-12, between Texas Engineering Experiment Station / Texas A&M University System, and the Atomic Energy Commission, dated October 8, 1962, as amended. is hereby further amended as follows:

Item 3 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement for License R-83 is changed as follows:

Item 3-Location For the purpose of License R-83 the following site is now in effect:

The chain link fence areas surrounding the Texas Engineering Experiment Station / Texas A&M University of Nuclear Service Center and deftwd as the Nuclear Science Center Site. The Nuclear Scienen Center is located in Brazos County, Texas.
