In accordat.cc with U.S. > clear Regulatory Cortmission Rule 10CFil Part 50-64,c,(2),
(ii), notice is herewith submitted that Ibderal Government funding is rg available for conversion of the Nuclear Science Center TRIGA ficactor (NSCR) from HEU to LEU fuel during fiscal year 1991 The Division of University and Science Education, Office of Energy Research, Department of Energy, has informed the NSCR licensee by letter that such funds are not available.
The NSCR does not have further plans for conversion in 1991 and will notify the Commission by March 27, 1992 if funds have been made available in Fiscal Year 1992 for conversion.
