In accordance with our telephone conversation, enclosed is the reactor operator license examination, Category B, to.be administered by you to Mr. Darrell Beckel on March _24, 1997. At the conclusion of the examination, please-return the entire examination and answer sheet in the enclosed envelope.

Please ensure that the examination is proctored (the time limit is one hour) and that the candidate signs the-statemeat at the bottom of the cover sheet at the conclusion of the examination. I have enclosed a copy of our Guidelines  :

for Administering Written Examinations' f',r your guidance. Note that this is a -

closed-reference examination, and there should be no notes, charts or other '

training materials open in.the examination room. Calculators and scratch paper are allowed.

Also enclosed is a Pre-Examination and Post-Examination Security Agreement i which must be signed by you and returned with the examination materials. '
