This request provides for the removal of Dr. F. E. Vandiver,. President, Texas A&M University from the distribution list concerning the NSCR.as the NSCR is licensed under the Texas Engineering Experiment Station.
It also provides for-the distribution of material directly to the Nuclear Science Center Reactor facility.
The distribution of material to Dr. Vandiver is required, however, on matters pertaining to the AGN-201 reactor facility (Docket 50-59) which is operated by the TAMU Department of Nuclear Engineering.
