a) Facility License No. R-83, Docket No. 50-128 b) Title 10 CFR50.64(c)(2)(i), Limitations on the use of highly enriched uranium (HEU) in domestic non-power reactors The Office of University and Science Education Programs, Office of Energy Research, U.S. Depa'rtment of Energy, has issued a grant (DE-FG03-93ER75884) to perform a core and safety analysis covering the conversion of the Nuclear Science Center Reactor-(NSCR) to low enrichment uranium fuel. At the completion of this effort and amendment to the NSCR Safety Analysis Report will be submitted for review and approval. The estimated date for amendment transmittal is December 31, 1994.
