I have enclosed a copy of the Nuclear Science Center's Physical Security Plan (Second Revision, November 1997). The changes on this copy are designated by black vertical lines in the right margin. This copy also contains a corrected page five. The sentence in Section 1.c.iv was changed to read, "It is the intent of TEES to maintain SNM inventory to assure quantities remain within the limits of, or below limits of, "special nuclear material of moderate strategic significance." I hope that this will clarify the Nuclear Science Center's position to move from a facility of"specini nuclear material oflow strategic significance" to a facility of"special nuclear material of moderate strategic significance."
If there are any questions, or concerns, please call me at 409-845-5998.
