Enclosed is a final report of a possible reportable occurrence observed durbg operation of the NSCR. This report is submitted in compliance with Section 6.5.2 and 1.29 of the Technical Specifications, Facility License No. R-83 for the Nuclear Science Center, Texas A&M University. Also attached are letters of 17 October 1983 and 28 October 1983 re-garding extension of the report submittal date.
