Dear Sir:

Attached is the fourth revision to the Texas A&M University Nuclear Science Center (NSC) Requalification Plan. .The plan was modified to allow licensed operators who missed a lecture to perform self-study or separate tutoring in order to take the examination. The operator is still required to pass the exam.

The requirement to perform annual lectures on the Security Plan-and Emergency Plan was added to reflect requirements in those plans.- The paragraph that allowed exerptions was revised for clarity.

The changes have been reviewed by the staff and management of the NSC and are not considered to reduce the effectiveness of the original plan. Please contact me if you require additional information.
