Dear Mr. Thomas:

I am responding to your letter of 8 October 1985 with attachments (copy attached) referencing Docket No. 50-59. I am in the distribution list for both Dockets 59 and 128, and I would like to make a couple of corrections to your package. First of all, your distribution list did not include the Head of the Nuclear Engineering Department. That person is in the same point of the reporting chain for Docket 59 as Don Feltz is for our Nuclear Science Center Reactor, Docket 128. Correspondence to that individual should be addressed:

Department Head Nuclear Engineering 129 Zachry Engineering Center Texas A&M University College Station, Texas 77843-3133 Similarly, your list did not include the President of Texas A&M, who is the licensee for our AGN. His address is:

President Texas A&M University Coke Bldg. Second Floor College Station, Texas 77843-1246 8510310435 851022 PDR ADOCK 05000059 H PDR 301 Engmecring Researth Center e Texas AsM Umversity College Station. Texas 77843-3126 (409W45-1321 gO _

Mr. Cecil 0. Thomas, Chief October 22, 1985 Page 2 Also, I am now serving as the Director of the Texas Experiment Statior as well as Dean of Engineering. It is this dual role which places me in the reporting change for both of our reactors. I would appreciate your noting the changes above in future correspondence.

Yours truly, hk Herbert H. Richardson Vice Chancellor and Dean of Engineering Director of Texas Engineering Experiment Station HHR:CAE:bjg I
