Dear Sir,

Attached is a revision to the Texas A&M University Nuclear Science Center (NSC) Emergency Preparedness Plan.

The plan was revised as suggested in a letter from Mr. Theodore i

Michaels on 24 April 1995.

The change increases the required time for reporting an Emergency Class event from 15 minutes to 1 hour1.157407e-5 days <br />2.777778e-4 hours <br />1.653439e-6 weeks <br />3.805e-7 months <br />.

The change has been reviewed and approved by the NSC staff and the Reactor Safety Board.

This change is reported under 10 CFR 50.54(q) and was, formally approved on 14 September 1995.
