i In accordance with U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Rule 10CFR Part 50-614,c,(2),
-(11), notice is herewith submitted that Federal Government funding is not available for conversion of the Nuclear Science ' Center TRIGA Reactor (NSCR) from HEU to LEU fuel ' during Fiscal Year 1990.-
The Director,: Division of University and Industry Programs, Office of Field Operations Management, Office of Energy Research, Department of. Energy "has informed the.NSCR licensee by letter ' that such funds are not available.
' The 'NSCR does not have further plans' for conversion in 1990 and will notify the Commission by March of 1991 if funds' have been made available in Fiscal Year 1991 -
for. conversion.
