The Applicant has received a copy of the Addendum to the Safety Evaluation by the Atomic Energy Commission Regulatory Staff dated April 26, 1968 in the above-captioned matter.

The Applicant has no objection to the incorporation of the Addendum in the hearing record as if read. The Applicant notes ,

however, that there is a typographical error appearing in the 6th line on page 1 of the Addendum. The proposed Three Mile Island Nuclear Station would be about 2.5 miles southeast of the eastern end of the Olmsted State Airport.

There is enclosed a statement by Mr. Ralph E. Neidig, a witness for the Applicant , who was previously sworn , responding to certain matters contained in the Addendum to the Safety Evaluation prepared by the Regulatory Staff. There is also enclosed a copy of a sworn affidavit by Mr. Neidig attesting to the truth and correct-ness of the contents of the enclosed statement.
