THI-2 Organization Plan - Revision 25
Dear Sirs:
Attached for NRC review and approval is Revision 25 to the TMI-2 Organization Plan. This revision proposes consolidation of. the Plant Operations and Plant Maintenance Sections into the Plant Operations and Maintenance Section. The_
i reduced work activity associated with Facility Mode _3 obviates the need for two separate sections to perfonn these related functions.
In addition, consistent <ith the consolidation of activities in preparation -
for PDMS, the TMI-2 Licensing Section will be reassigned to the Corporate Licensing and Regulatory Affairs Department of the Corporate Services Division.
The TMI-2. Licensing Section will continue to provide licensing support for the TMI-2 Division. Since the Director,4 TMI-2 is also the i

This revision is proposed to be effective on August 1,1990.
Since the proposed organization plan revisiot is in keeping with existing Technical Specifications, no vital functions will be eliminated nor will personnel qualification requirements be changed.
