Dear Sirs:
Enclosed are the proposed questions of the Employees to be put to Messrs. Stier, Russell, Capra, Rockwell, Kirkpatrick and Wermiel, in accordance with the Board's order of May 22, 1986.
There is a certain amount of repetition in some of the questions to be put to any given witness, because the questions have, in a number of instances, been organized around background documents or reports, and the repetition is due to the fact that the same questions pertain to each such document or report.
It is our understanding that these questions are not required to be served on the other parties.
Accordingly, we are serving only this letter, and not our proposed questions, on the other parties.
