NUCLEAR ENERGY LIABILITY INSURANCE MUTUAL ATOMIC ENERGY LIABILITY UNDERWRITERS RESTORATION OF LIMIT OF LIABILITY ENDORSEMENT (Extraordinary Nuclear Occurrence)

It is agreed that:

1. In accordance with Condition 3 of the policy, payments made and expenses incurred by the companies' thereunder, frcm and after the effective date of Endorsement No. 87 has reduced by $478,728.83 all the stated limits of the companies' liability.
2. The current limit of the companies' liability, being the reduced limit in effect on December 31, 1987, is herelay restored by the sum of $478,728.83 but only with respect to obligations assumed or expenses incurred because of bodily injury or property damage caused by the nuclear energy hazard due to an extraordinary nuclear occurrence which happens during the period from the effective date of this endorsement to the date of termination of the policy ard arising out of the ownership, operation, maintenance or use of one or more of the two nuclear reactors situated at the location desigrated in Item 3 of the Declarations; provided, however, that such extraordinary nuclear occurrence is determined by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to be an "extraordinary nuclear occurrence" pursuant to the provisions of its regulations and the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, and in effect on May 1, 1979.
3. The limits of liability stated in the policy shall not be cumulative. Each payment made by the companies after the effective date of this endorsement for any loss or expense covered by the policy shall reduce by the amount of i such payment every limit of liability, regardless of which limit of I liability applies with respect to the bodily injury or property damage out '

Nuclear Energy Liability Laurance NUCLEAR ENERGY LIABILITY INSURANCE ASSOCIATION RESTORATION OF LIMIT OF LIABILITY ENDORSEMENT (Extraordinary Nuclear Occurrence)

It is agreed that:

1. In accordance with Condition 3 of the policy, payments made and expenses incurred by the companies' thereunder, from and after the effective date of Endorsement No. 100 has reduced by $1,9 8,954.86 all the stated limits of the companies' liability.
2. The current limit of the comoanies' liability, being the reduced limit in effect on December 31, 1987, is hereby restored by the sun of $1,603,954.86 but only with respect to obligations assumed or expenses incurred because of bodily injury or property damage caused by tae nuclear energy hazard due to an extraordir.ary nuclear occurrence which by pens during the period from the effective date of this endorsement to the date of ternination of the policy and arising out of the ownership, operation, maintenance or use of one or more of the two nuclear reactors situated at the location designated in Item 3 of the Declarations; provided, hcwever, that such extraordinary nuclear occurrence is detemined by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to be an "extraordinary nuclear occurrence" pursuant to the provisions of its regulations and tne Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, and in effect on May 1, 1979.
3. The limits of liability stated in the policy shall not be cumulative.
