This letter is being submitted to correct a statement made in our response to Bulletin 90-01; C311-90-2096 dated July 16, 1990.
In response to 4a. of the Requested Actions for Operating Reactors, we stated that "Both Instrument Technicians and operations personnel have been made aware of the symptoms of transmitter f ailure due to the loss of fill-oil". it has been identified that or.ly half of the operating crews were provided the briefing on Bulletin 90-01. An a result, assignments have been made to complete the training of those crews and personnel who missed the initial presentation. This effort 4
will be completed by october 15, 1990.
