Operating License No. DPR-73, Docket No. 50-320 Revision to the TMI Modified Amended Physical Security Plan The purpose of this letter is to submit, pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 50.4(b)(4), Revision 39 of the Modified Amended Physical Security Plan for Three Mile Island. Revision 39 became effective on May 6,1999. The changes to manning levels incorporated in the revision to the plan have been implemented in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p) and do not decrease its effectiveness.
Please replace Revision 38 of the Modified Amended Physical Security Plan with the attached Revision 39. Three copies of this letter and attachment are also enclosed.
