CNWRA Program Manager's Periodic Report on Activities of the Center for Nuclear Waste Regulatory Analyses for Period 9-FYl999 Dear Mr. Linehan.
The enclosed " Program Manager's Periodic Report"(PMPR) documents the progress and financial status of the Center for Nuclear Waste Regulatory Analyses for the period May 8-June 4,1999. Its contents comply with the requirements of section F.1.5 of the referenced contract. A diskette containing the PMPR in Wordperfect 8 format is also enclosed.
Cost variance analyses are provided for the Division of Waste Management (D1035), Tank Waste Remediation System (J5164), Three Mile Island Unit 2 Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (J5186), Dry Transfer System (J5206), Centralized Interim Storage Facility (D1035), Private Fuel Storage Facility (15226), and Savannah River Site Aluminum-Based Spent Fuel (J5210) Job Codes, as well as for composite spending on this contract. All variances are expressed with regard to the current operations plans.
1 A new summary personnel table was added to the repon this period. A material scientist joined the staff this period.

h/h During period 9, two schedule changes were made as reflected in table 3. Six deliverables were transmitted as indicated in tab % 4.
