Operating License No. DPR-50, Docket No. 50-289 Possession Only License No. DPR-73, Docket No. 50-320 Request To Modify The Attachment to Indemnity Agreement No. B-64 GPU Nuclear, Inc. (GPUN), on behalf ofitself and its affiliates, Metropolitan Edison Company (Met-Ed), Jersey Central Power & Light Company (JCP&L), and Pennsylvania Electric Company (Penelec); and AmerGen Energy Company, LLC (AmerGen) hereby request a modification tc the Attachment ofIndemnity Agreement No. B-64. This letter also supercedes and withdraws the request to modify Indemnity Agreement No. B-64, which was made in our letter dated April 5, 1999. Attachment I to this letter provides our proposed changes (proposed changes are highlighted in bold font) which address the different requirements for the licensees of TMI-l and TMI-2. Additional changes reflect a new address for the TMI-2 licensee and identify Met Ed, JCP&L, and Penelec with the trade name GPU Energy; thus whenever Met Ed, JCP&.L, or Penelec appear in the document, they are followed by d/b/a GPU Energy. The modification to the Attachment of the Indemnity Agreement No. B-64 would become effective upon the transfer of the TMI-l facility operating license to AmerGen.
