1 Encloss.: for your information is Revision 2 to the Processed Water Disposal System Technical Evaluation Report (Evaporator TER). This revision describes the modifications to the evaporator as well as changes to system operating parameters made as a result of system acceptance testing. These modifications include elimination of the Pelletizer, relocation of the drumming station to the discharge of the blender / dryer, addition of a cyclonic moisture separator i
to the stack, and var sous minor changes to system operating parameters, l-predominantly flow rate and solids concentrations. These changes do not modify previous commitments with respect to system effluents and operational performance, i.e., Decnntamination Factor greater than 1000. Therefore, we are proceeding with the moc,*ications and plan to initiate Accident Generated Water o
l' disposal by. evaporation upon NRC approval of the evaporator operating procedures in accordance with TMI-2 Technical Specification 3.9.13.
